The future is digital. The Hammerbrooklyn.DigitalCampus is the future. Here, schools and companies, science and society work collaboratively on innovation projects that transcend industry and cluster boundaries. Its think tank is the temporary Hammerbrooklyn.Box. Its long-term domiciles will be the Digital.Pavilion, the new innovation labs, auditors and office buildings. Because Hammerbrooklyn is Germany's largest privately conceived digital future project, accessible to all. And we'll make sure it becomes established and visible - with 360-degree communication, nationwide and internationally.
Our 360-degree communication strategy carries the message to the world: A German Silicon Valley is emerging in the middle of Hamburg. A digital city district where bright minds come together to develop solutions for the problems of our time.
Events with charisma attract the diverse target group. Our innovative B2B formats attract the attention of potential tenants. And through media and influencer relations, we are growing the reach so that it can no longer be overlooked: great things are being created here.
Under the motto "Let's Start Tomorrow, Today"! we gave the starting signal in the summer of 2019. With around 300 guests, we celebrated the laying of the foundation stone for the heart of the campus, the Digital.Pavilion, and the opening of the temporary headquarters. In addition to live marketing, we relied on a relaunched website and high-reach social media channels. With classic media work, we also positioned Hamburg's new Innovation Hub in the media throughout Germany. Our digital topping-out ceremony in spring 2020 celebrated the second milestone with 250 guests - and set new standards. When we invite people to Hammerbrooklyn, they meet with media and stakeholders from business and politics such as Peter Tschentscher, First Mayor, and Katharina Fegebank, Second Mayor. This is how (media) images of the great vision for Hamburg's future are created.
The Hammerbrooklyn.DigitalCampus is in the public eye. Our Hammerbrooklyn.Box events are featured in print media such as Handelsblatt, Welt and Business Punk, and in the news, from radio to regional TV to the Tagesschau. Within six months, we were able to place the Hammerbrooklyn.DigitalCampus in around 20 high-reach media. These included: Business Punk, Handelsblatt, Berliner Zeitung, Focus Online, WELT, Hamburger Abendblatt, MOPO, Radio Hamburg, NDR, Tagesthemen, special interest media and many more. Our message rolls through the communication channels and builds a community. The people of Hamburg already know this, the rest of Germany is just learning about it.
The Digital.Pavilion will be Hamburg's new innovation center. Our event for the laying of the foundation stone with 300 guests united celebrities from business, science and politics - without forgetting the party people: The world-famous Hamburg DJ duo DIGITALISM played for them. All those who could not be present at the laying of the foundation stone were picked up by our Influencer campaign. This way, the national and international greats of the digital scene could send their personal messages to the Hammerbrooklyn team.
It is the biggest upcycling project in Germany: the construction of the Digital.Pavilion -it was transformed from the American Pavilion of EXPO 2015 into a Digital Center. Our topping-out ceremony celebrated its unique design and sustainability concept. But no party without a topping-out wreath: that's why our virtual topping-out wreath translated tradition into the digital age.
Within six months, we placed the Hammerbrooklyn.DigitalCampus in around 20 media outlets. These included: Business Punk, Handelsblatt, Berliner Zeitung, Focus Online, WELT, Hamburger Abendblatt, MOPO, Radio Hamburg, NDR, Tagesthemen, special interest media and many more.
An innovative project also deserves an innovative website. Nothing could be easier. The result: a cutting-edge website. Our activity: conception, UX/design and the implementation.
